With a mature web team and tens of software engineers it was important that we worked together. Overcoming the challenges of timezones and “who’s doing what” by taking ownership of the project delivery.
The apps needed to be incredibly robust and secure as many of Condeco’s clients include some of the largest companies in the world. So the locations of staff and the topics of meeting had to be encrypted and secured to banking level standards
