The recruitment process

1: Application

First, you’ll fill out the application form on our website, which will consist of a people-specific question. We will review applications as they come in.

2: Initial interview

Next, you’ll have an initial first-stage interview with the emerging talent team to discuss your skills, experience and interests. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the programme.

3: Discovery day

Finally, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Day, where you’ll take part in a practical group exercise, a capability-focused interview, and a values-focused interview. Hosted at our Edinburgh or Leeds office, this will be your opportunity to experience the xDesign way of life and understand if the role, and environment, would be a good fit for you.
