UK proposes new AI rulebook

The UK government has outlined its plans for regulating the use of artificial intelligence, which would see it move away from the EU's strategy to establish a centralised body to manage the use of technology.

Within the AI rulebook, the UK takes a principles-based approach which will allow the regulators in various industries to apply the rules in a way that works for them.
