Visitors to our website
When someone visits www.xdesign.com we use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics service to collect standard website usage and behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify individuals. The collected information purpose is to identify website usage and to gather data on how people access the xDesign website.
When we do require to collect any information in which you can be uniquely identified we will set out exactly why this is and what we intend to do with the data provided.
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be stored on your hard drive. Once you consent to the cookie, the file helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

E-Newsletter and e-mail communication
Should you wish to no longer receive email communications from us, there is a clear unsubscribe button in the email footer of all email communications. When you click unsubscribe this will automatically remove you from our email marketing database.
The xDesign website and blog is hosted on wordpress.com, which is run by Automaticc Inc. We use a standard Wordpress service to gather information on website usage, page views and blog views. This information is collected anonymously and we use this to make improvements to our website and blog on an ongoing basis.
We also use Wordpress to monitor when you submit a “contact us” form on the xDesign website and provide us with the relevant information for us to contact you. We require information including your name, email address telephone number and any additional information you can provide us with in order to provide you with out services.
xDesign use Hubspot, a third party marketing automation platform to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or a direct message via a social media platform, xDesign will store this information for 12 weeks and the message will not be shared with anyone else.
We are committed to ensuring that your information and data you provide is as secure as possible. In order to prevent unauthorised access to data, we have put in place strong physical and electronic security procedures to ensure that any data you provide to us online is safeguarded at all times.
